IV NATIONAL CYBERSECURITY FORUM
Traditionally, the Forum is hosted annually by the Association of Cybersecurity Organisations of Azerbaijan. The main objective of the Forum is to facilitate discussions with partners and experts that can contribute to the development of the cybersecurity ecosystem. Within the framework of the Forum, discussions will be held with the participation of local and international experts on topics such as the country's cybersecurity ecosystem, the security of critical information infrastructure, education and human resources in cybersecurity, and the formation of cyber diaspora. During the Forum, presentations will be given on the work done in member countries of the Organisation of Turkic States, as well as discussions on future collaboration perspectives with other partner countries in cybersecurity. Various companies' products and solutions will be presented in the exhibition section of the Forum.

Official Opening
Short remarks will be delivered during the official opening ceremony of the Forum with the participation of government officials. The speeches will highlight the country’s cybersecurity policy priorities, as well as strategic approaches to building a resilient security system in the digital environment.
“National Cybersecurity Ecosystem”
The session on the “National Cybersecurity Ecosystem” will feature presentations by senior representatives of the country’s key cybersecurity institutions. The presentations will address the national cybersecurity ecosystem, inter-agency coordination, mechanisms for combating cybercrime, and ongoing efforts to ensure security in the digital environment. They will also include data-driven insights reflecting the current state of play and future expectations across the respective domains. The session will additionally include contributions from senior representatives of reputable international vendors and organisations.

AKTA Initiatives
The “Cyber Award” is an award established by AKTA to recognise experts and organisations that have made the most significant contributions to the country’s cybersecurity ecosystem. A presentation outlining the format of this award will be delivered during the Forum.
Public Q&A session
Questions of concern to young cybersecurity professionals will be addressed by university rectors and senior executives of private companies.

Panel: “Regional Experience and Cooperation”
Within the framework of the session, the cybersecurity experiences of various countries, particularly those of the Organisation of Turkic States and the European Eastern Partnership countries, will be discussed, along with opportunities for regional cooperation and mutual knowledge exchange. Special emphasis will be placed on strengthening coordination among countries in the region and fostering the development of joint initiatives. The panel will also explore the cybersecurity ecosystems of the participating countries, as well as the potential role and engagement of Azerbaijani companies within these ecosystems.

Panel presentations: “Cyber Challenges in Digital Transformation”
Within the framework of the session, key trends emerging from strategic documents related to digitalisation, existing risks, and new challenges in the field of cybersecurity will be discussed. Particular emphasis will also be placed on strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors, as well as on approaches to building a resilient digital ecosystem.
Presentations: “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Cybersecurity and Innovative Trends”
Within the framework of the session, the role of artificial intelligence in the field of cybersecurity, along with the new opportunities and risks it introduces, will be presented in detail. The session will also cover AI applications in offensive and defensive mechanisms, automated threat detection, behavioural analysis, and future trends in the cybersecurity landscape.

Presentations: “Contemporary Cybersecurity Threats”
Within the framework of the session, the latest developments and practical approaches in the field will be presented by local and international experts. The presentations will cover key trends in the cybersecurity landscape, risk management practices, and effective defence strategies.
Showcase of Local Cybersecurity Products (and Startups)
Within the framework of the session, innovative cybersecurity solutions and startup projects developed in the country will be presented. Product presentations by sponsoring organisations will also take place.
